From just north of Minneapolis, a musical force
known as BLACKOUT is gaining momentum and about to take the Twin Cities by storm! BLACKOUT members are
instantly recognizable by the dueling guitar riffs of
Tony Zoff and Jeremy Newton, jumping bass lines of
Russ Peterson, the incredible strong drumming of Donny March and the strong, authentic vocal style
of Brent Hockert. BLACKOUT'S sound resembles a collection of Stone Temple Pilots and Ozzy Osbourne,
with a little Black Crowes added for flavor and
just a pinch of Prince. The result is a tasty style
rock show that you'll want to hear again and again.
We pride ourselves on learning several songs a month
always staying current but not afraid to go back and
play our favorites from the past. |

Started singing in a band in 2007 with an acoustic band called Les Decibles, then joining with Frantic/Driven for a short time and then to BLACKOUT. I've always had a passion for siging and a love of music. I thouroughly love being in BLACKOUT because of the wide variety of rock n roll that we do, and that we do songs most bands don't. We strive to be different by showing the talent that this band has together.We are always learning the newst songs on the radio and not afraid to pull out songs from the past. |

I first started out playing with a band called Frantic in 2006. For a short time after, I was in a band called Driven which is how I got to know Brent. After some time, BLACKOUT needed a guitarist and here I am. I love playint music and I'm now in one of the best places I've ever been in with BLACKOUT. |

Originally from Iowa, moved to the Twin Cities in 1994. Been playing drums since 14yrs old, been playing in bands since I was 16. Have played locally with, Electric Eye, Shadowstone, Rising, Porcelain God and now Blackout!! Equipment I use are a drumset, cymbals, sticks, pedals, stands and a drum throne. |

I started playing at 12 years old. Mastered music theory, classical blues and of course rock guitar. Playing live at 16 in bands such as Tragic Dream, Living Room Club which I recorded three cds with, one of which was nominated for a Grammy. I have 25 years professional experience. I have toured with national recording acts such as: Kansas, Warrant, Enuffs Enuff, Blue Oyster Cult and Quiet Riot. Now with a great bunch of talented guys in BLACKOUT. |

Originally from St.Paul, MN. Started playing guitar at 14, moving to bass to perform, co-write and record EP's with various original Alt/Rock and Metal acts. Joined a cover group with Tony Zoff in 2004, moving on to another in 2006, then joining the BLACKOUT Production Team in 2010. Now currently playing with BLACKOUT in 2011,and honored to be in their company. |
